We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We take pride in the care and quality of every Simple Wish Co. product. We quality check each item before it’s sent out, but because each piece is handmade… things happen. We’re human, after all!

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll be happy to send a replacement so your wishes can arrive safe and sound. info@simplewishco.com.
